wired/wireless net question?

i was wondering if you had a pc connected to the net with both a wired and a wireless connection, and the wired one used one isp and the wireless used another isp provided internet, could uit be possible to have different programs use different internet connections?

Hm, generally your system will pick on, and use that. There may be ways of switching between the two, but once a “path” is established between windows and the outside world, it tends to stick with it.
Windows resolves the path to a given location (called ARP). You cannot have two different paths to say microsoft.com at the same time…
However, 2 different applications, going to 2 different places, it may be possible that ARp goes via one adapter to one place, and the other adapter for another place – though I would never recommend this approach.

If you want to share 2 ISPs, look into Linux-based firewalls that will do load balancing. It will share traffic between the two and you can use any number of PCs with that approach…. But you will still be limited in speed to the fastest of the two….
