My computer CD tray wont open?

I have looked at other people who have this problem. It was working fine…I was burning pics to cds. I put a new cd in. Closed it the right way. It whirred. Then I put the pics on the cd…and usually when it’s done burning them to the CD it pops out automatically. This time it didnt. I cant get the tray to pop out???
I hit that little tiny pinhole in the front. It whirs but wont come out. I manually go into MY COMPUTER, click on C DRIVE and click “eject” and nothing happens!

If you pushed a paper clip into that little pin hole in the front and felt the drive try to open and it didn’t, you will have to get a second clip and put it into the top of the CD tray and pull it open while pushing the first pin into the hole.

OK, you might need a third hand to do it, but it’s possible to do it.
