What is the punishment for entering Area 51?

If i tried to sneak into Area 51 with a balaclava and maybe a ghillie suit, but got cuahgt by the guards, what would happen?
Would i be arrested?

This is assuming i give myself up, put my arms in the air and drop to my knees.

I am also not American, so what would happen?

I would not have any sort of weapon or camera, i just want to see Area 51 and/or it’s guards.

ALSO, i know the odds are stacked high agianst me of ever getting in, with sensors, guards, trucks etc..

If you got caught – you would be arrested by the local sherrif. Typically the fines are large enough that you will spend several years writing a check to the courts every month before yopu pay it off.

If you are not detected – there is a good chance that you will only be discovered when the secuurity team sees the buzzards and checks to see what died.
