This is the stage that will put you in jeopardy of dehydration. You need to be aware of drinking your water properly or you may end up with stomach or muscle cramping. Sports and exercise safety is serious business for anyone who exercises, and it does not matter if you are a weekend exerciser, either. Always take the time to do proper warm-ups and cool-downs to give your body the greatest advantage possible.
