Is this a good parkour conditioning, work-out routine. Tips, comments, new routine?
ok so after im done stretching which takes around 7ish – 10ish minutes i work out v
WORK OUT
- 15 push ups
- 60 crunches
- 50 sit ups
- 50 knee ups
- 50 ? (not sure whats it called but what i do is stand on a step then go up and down, it works my calves)
Then after i do all that i got into lifting weights. I lift 5lbs weights 25 times on each arm.
After that workout i go into parkour v
- 50 half kongs (im learning how to kong and my coach told me to do half kongs to get a feeling for it)
-10 bear walks up and down stairs (i got a alot of stairs)
-20 precision jumps
-10 cat leaps
-20 rolls
-10 speed vaults (Left/Right)
-10 lazy vaults (Left/Right)
-10 safe vaults (Left/Right)
OK so that pretty much it. after that i go look for stuff to parkour on and stuff. So ya if theres any tips, comments, or even a new routine, i would be more than grateful to hear about it. Oh and i’m also kinda new to parkour.
wow thats more than i do and thought i was quite fit compared to others in my parkour team lol
but i mainly incoporate my exersize into the parkour, such and 15 puls on a wall then pull my self right up onto the top
