What is the best portable security lock to use for a 13″ black Macbook?

I want to provide extra security for my Macbook and I want a lock that won’t warp the side of the laptop…

For most experienced thieves they won’t make much of a difference. A lock is simply to prevent *anyone* from walking off with your laptop, it will at best slow the “career-criminals” down a little.
Get some advise at a local store, but keep this in mind: don’t buy the most expensive lock out there, it will be a waste of money.
