just brought EPC easy notebook for my son for Christmas and it shows a symbol indicating that the key pad is locked. Can not for the life of me work out how to unlock it. Any help would be much appreciated. Ruby
Hmm.. thanks but the mouse is locked too. It shows the start icon but the screen is blank.
there should be a swith to unlock the system usually on the front or side. Otherwise contact EPC
If you find that your computer keyboard has suddenly locked up and is not working but you’re not sure why, then there are two things you should check. The first is that you have not inadvertently turned on something like StickyKeys that can affect how the keyboard works. The second is the On-Screen Keyboard that, when running, disables the keyboard. However, this assumes that your keyboard is still working and, if it is a wireless, has strong batteries.
