How to fix my Video Camera’s coloration?

I have a Bell & Howell Full HD 1080p DNV900 with infrared night vision video camera. I love it but there’s a small problem, it turns blacks into a dark purple, reds into a light purple, and greens into a gray. Please help!

IR is monochrome, any color in the picture is false color. Sony cameras tend to swing to all green, yours is purple. If this happens during normal daylight pictures, then you need to switch the IR off, because the false color will occur if the IR filter is removed. That is why normal cameras have an IR blocking filter.
