What is a good workout routine for full body for a week?

I would like to know a full body workout that would make me stronger and especially focus on my legs. I am 15 1/2 yrs old 6′ 2” and I play basketball. Could you give me a full body workout for a week that helps strengthen my body especially my legs. Thanks.
