why is my Kenmore dishwasher filling with water & then blowing the fuse?

We bought this dishwasher new about 2 1/2 years ago. Has worked great until March of this year. It will run through the clean cycle and the bottom fills with water. It won’t drain, trips the flood sensor thing and then blows the fuse. We have already bought 3 or 4 new fuses and I’m getting tired of this. There isn’t anything in the manual about this and every website that I have looked up online charges you to get assistance. I would prefer not to call Sears out because I have had problems with their service in the past, but I might have to as a last resort. Anyone have any experience with this?

I’ll tell you this much. You are dealing with water and with electricity. I never feel comfortable trying to fix anything with that combination. Call some other service place and get this fixed by a pro. Not worth the danger involved to do this yourself. The fuses are telling you something really important.
