Are eye drops safe to use while wearing colored contacts?

Depends what kind of eye drops.

Most lubricating eyedrops (artificial tears) are fine to use with contact lenses. Read the label if you are not sure, or else buy the artificial tears that specifically state they are fine to be used over your soft contact lenses.

However, anything else you need to take your contact lenses OUT to instill. That includes: Visine (“get the red out”), allergy drops, antibiotic drops, steroid drops, etc etc
