Bolt Cranked

my cavalier z24…driver side window stopped working. the motor works you can hear it. Bolted crank in place?

I bolted the crank back to the door. now the window wont go up or down. I still hear the motor. I peeled the covering of the door and see the arm on the crank comes up and down…looks like that is what lifts and lowers the window….try to pop it back on or no? PLEASE I NEED INPUT!!

I think those windows were bolted to the regulator or pop riveted, apparently the window has detached from the regulator probably from a broken plastic part on the glass.
