i want to buy a audio video sender range up to 300 meter to 500 meter that send audio and video channel through signals for all tv anteena. that no requires an extra antenna.

You’re looking for an AV transmitter that will transmit on TV channel 3 or 4 for 1/3 of a mile. The transmitter may be legal, but the distance you want is not.
