Natural Balance has extended their recall to include some canned foods. Other recalls include products from Costco Kirkland, Lick Your Chops, Chicken Soup For the Pet Lover’s Soul, Diamond foods..
Some don’t even have affected content listed on their food, some have websites that denied the food had Rice protein in any of their food but now they are recalled!

What do you think woud be effective to get Dog food companies to make good food from good product and with full disclosure of what is in the food and where it comes from? I think home cooking and not buying the food, if enough people stopped buying dog and cat food whether recalled or not, it would make a statement the manufacturers could not ignore.
oh no…i just bought the chicken soup for the pet lovers soul for my cat…into the garbage that goes now…i have been feeding some raw, some cooked, some kibbles, but now, only home made or raw…and now we are hearing that the same chemical has been feed to pigs grown for human comsumption, so, where does it stop????????i am starting to think we are under some kind of chemical attack here…..help…
